Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 30, 2026

Use of the Service

Crypchart is an order-flow and market-data analysis dashboard for crypto futures markets. The app provides tools such as Footprint, Delta Bars, Big Trades, Liquidations, Liquidity Zones, Absorption Zones, Bookmap, CVD, Open Interest, Funding Rate, Volume Profile, Sweep Detection, Imbalance Zones, realtime mode, and historical mode.

The service is provided for market analysis, education, and research only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, and it does not guarantee profits, entries, exits, signals, or trading results.

No Trading Execution

Crypchart is not a trading platform, broker, exchange, or order execution system. You cannot buy, sell, open positions, close positions, place orders, manage orders, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or connect a trading account through Crypchart. The service only displays and analyzes market data.

Market Data

The market data displayed by Crypchart comes from Binance Futures, which we use as our source of truth for prices, volume, trades, liquidations, and related market activity.

Even when sourced from Binance Futures, data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, duplicated, recalculated, or inaccurate because of exchange issues, network latency, websocket interruptions, backend processing, cache state, maintenance, or browser/device limitations. Realtime and historical views are analytical tools and should be verified before making decisions.

Indicators and Calculations

Indicators, zones, thresholds, profiles, heatmaps, sweeps, imbalances, and other derived analytics are calculated from available market data and application logic. They are informational only and may change as data updates, settings change, or historical data is reloaded.

User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, account security, leverage use, compliance with applicable laws, and any profit or loss. Use the service at your own risk.

Availability

We may update, limit, interrupt, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Access can depend on authentication, system health, exchange availability, and infrastructure status.
